Yoga and mindfulness contribute to our physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing. It’s easy to be lost and lose track in our busy moving environment which leaves us feeling overwhelmed and drained. Yoga and mindfulness practices allow us to slow down, replenish our body and refresh our mind which give us a state of calm and clarity. In our wellness classes we move our bodies, breath, sweat, laugh, inquire and meditate. We leave the classes with a sense of relaxation, love and harmony within ourselves and the surroundings.

Covid-19 has been a toll for all of us and has taught us to adapt and change to the way we prioritize our physical and mental wellbeing. This has brought new ways of connecting and making an impact to our physical and mental wellbeing wherever we can be. We have got online private sessions for you either as individuals, groups, or institutions.

We acknowledge that privacy and special attention are needed in some cases for various reasons, and it is with this regard that a client can book a private wellness session (Yoga, Breath Body Mind, Thai Yoga Massage or Mindfulness), either at one of our existing venue minutes. The sessions range from 45 minutes to 90 at one of our venues or your own location. Get a Quote
In this package a number of wellness activities are covered including yoga, meditation, hiking, kayaking, boating and eating healthy food. The package can also include community tours, historical tours, cultural tours, wildlife trekking, and game drives. Retreats can range from 1 to 10 days. Individuals or groups can request private wellness tours and we can customize them according to your needs. We also assist groups and organizations by adding wellness services to their planned organizational retreats, meetings and events. We deliver wellness services in the workplace to promote mind body well-being in the workplace which result in good productivity at the workplace.
From Wellness session, Wellness Retreat, to Wellness Programs we discuss with the clients (corporate, institutions or NGOs) and customize the service according to their need.
Healing comes in many forms and body work has been applied in healing for many centuries. Thai Yoga Massage is one among those ancient healing techniques that help people to relax, rejuvenate and to heal.
Our dedicated team is happy to help you dive into this healing body work. Sessions are available upon appointments. Session range from 30 minutes to 60 minutes.
