Experience yoga and wellness services in Rwanda. Wellness classes are provided in various methodologies by different and best yoga teachers and Wellness trainers in Rwanda. We offer private and organized wellness classes, wellness retreats, and wellness workshops to individuals, groups, corporates, NGOs and institutions. In addition we offer a wellness stay experience at our beautiful Live Well Rwanda House.

Our Services and events
Group wellness classes are sessions booked through our booking platforms with the goal of improving physical and mental wellbeing. They are held at our facility, known as the Yoga Studio, or at any venue chosen by LWR. Clients can select from a range of physical and mindfulness classes, including yoga, stress release, trauma-informed practices, and Pilates. view the schedule and book the session
Private wellness Classes: are types of classes where clients choose to take classes privately either at their preferred locations or at our venue and it is strictly for that client only. These classes help to deepen their practices or who want to answer a specific need that can not be met in public/group classes or who want privacy. They engage in various classes including yoga classes, stress release, Breathy Body Mind, mindfulness, Qi Gong, and pilates. Get a Quote
Corporate wellness classes: Are wellness classes demanded by corporates with the aim to improve productivity of the employees/ organization through yoga classes, stress release, team building activities, mindfulness and icebreaker. Sessions take place at client preferred locations or at our venue
Accommodation/ Wellness Stay: The Live Well Rwanda House is a serene wellness retreat designed for individuals seeking to rest, recharge, and realign their mind and body. More than a place to sleep, it’s a space to breathe, reflect, and heal. Guests enjoy the freedom to prepare nourishing meals in a homely environment that encourages mindful living. Each room is infused with calming colors, warm natural lighting, and handcrafted décor that harmonizes with the breathtaking views of Kigali’s hills and cityscape. During their stay, guests can participate in guided yoga sessions at our wellness studio or enjoy personal practice using the provided yoga mats. Additionally, wellness retreat packages are available, offering a stay at Live Well Rwanda House along with yoga sessions, Thai yoga massage, healthy meals, and nature walks.The Live Well Rwanda House is where comfort meets inner peace, a perfect haven for anyone pursuing holistic well-being.
Our projects focus on food security, nutrition, and mental well-being. We serve as a bridge between individuals in need of these services who lack the means to access them and funders/partners who wish to support them. Acting on behalf of funders/partners, we implement projects directly within the community. Live Well Rwanda supports funders/partners in implementing and managing nutrition,food security, and mindfulness projects by providing professional training on perma garden and conservation agriculture, as well as leading mindfulness sessions. In addition, we collaborate with individuals, academic institutions, and organizations conducting research on mindfulness.
Wellness events: are designed to create space for the community to learn, practice and talk about wellness topics. Those events include Wellness Brunch, Hike+Yoga, Wellness Retreats, Workshops, etc. Those events are intended to increase and promote the awareness about wellness and help the community understand better our services.
